Laura's Version of John Day's Longevity Soup
First thing each morning, I drink 16 ounces of water before getting out of bed. I take this time to catch on up little chores. Some of the things I can do with this 20 minutes include:
- Write in my Full Focus Planner
- Read (I'm currently reading The Longevity Plan)
- Take care of emails or photos on my phone
